Salary Range: £26,918 - £29,616 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £20,371 - £22,413 per annum)
Work Location: Westholme, Winchester
Hours per week:28
Contract Type: Temporary for 1 year

The Role:

Within our older adults’ homes, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where our Ad ministrative Officer can provide a friendly and professional service, helping create a positive experience for visitors from the start.


You’ll be a valued member of our friendly team, carrying out a range of essential administrative tasks that keep the home running smoothly. The vital work that you do will support the delivery of person-centred services that meets each individual’s needs and wishes.


What you’ll do:

* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
* Build and establish positive working relationships with colleagues, residents and their families.
* Use a variety of IT packages to manage records, data, and communications.
* Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
* Help maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.

* Previous experience of delivering a wide range of administrative functions.
* Strong IT skills, with confidence using a variety of software packages.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player who enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues, residents and visitors.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure, adapting positively to changing situations and demands.
