What you’ll be doing… You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and a positive experience for guests. Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and presentation of menu items in line with company standards. Service Delivery: Support the kitchen during service periods, ensuring food is produced efficiently, consistently, and to a high quality. Kitchen Organisation: Maintain an organised and efficient workstation, ensuring ingredients and equipment are prepared and ready for service. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all food safety and hygiene standards. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service. Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, storage, and monitoring of ingredients to minimise waste. Compliance: Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
