About the Role: As a key part of the classroom team, the Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and therapists to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. You’ll provide one-to-one and small group support, promote independence, and help create a calm, engaging learning environment where every child is valued. The Teaching Assistant will also play a vital role in assisting with personal care tasks, including pad changing, ensuring all pupils’ physical and emotional well-being is supported with dignity and respect.
