We are working with a client based in North Cambridge who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office-based position, and to be successful, you will have experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
* Contributing to the preparation of project plans and budgets
* Supporting managers with cost control, reports, and changes
* Keeping track of project data like timesheets, forecasts, and costs
* Supporting the Finance Team with invoicing and payments
* Writing and organising project notes, reports, and documents
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Suggesting ways to make processes easier and more efficient
You will have
* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
* Experience within a technical environment desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
