We’re a well-established, family-run SME based in Andover, specialising in the manufacture and installation of premium automated gates. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Service & Contract Sales Advisor to join our friendly and committed team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our service contract renewals and upsells — working closely with valued existing customers to ensure they receive ongoing care and maintenance beyond their warranty period. Your goal will be to nurture long-term client relationships, recommend tailored service plans, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact existing clients to offer tailored service contracts after their warranty period
Explain and promote the benefits of our Bronze, Silver, and Gold service plans
Upsell expiring or lower-tier plans by highlighting value and peace of mind
Build strong, trusted relationships that encourage repeat business
Maintain and update our customer database with accurate, current information
Carry out database cleansing to ensure all leads are credible and usable
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent customer service skills – a natural communicator who’s warm, clear, and customer-focused
Personable and professional – able to build rapport and trust quickly
Experience in telephone-based sales, customer engagement, or service renewals
Driven, organised, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal CRM systems
A proactive mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
Must have your own transport – our office is in a beautiful rural setting not served by public transport
