About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Operative (Bathroom Fitter) to join our in‑house maintenance team, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
What you’ll do
As a Multi‑Skilled Operative fitting wetrooms and bathrooms in the Planned team, you will be responsible for carrying out the removal and installation of bathrooms and traditional carpentry duties, floor tiling, and all associated finishes, to an excellent standard.
What we’re looking for
* Completion of a nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or relevant experience)
* Working knowledge of current building regulations
* Previous experience of wetroom fitting and carpentry/joinery
* Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment (preferred but not essential)
* Carpenter / Joiner experience i.e. completing different trade work
* Outstanding customer care skills
* Full UK Driving Licence (travel across Staffordshire and Shropshire will be part of the role)
