If you’re a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who wants more than just a "reset and hope" routine — this might be your kind of role. We’re looking for engineers to join a well-established manufacturing site that still values experience, teamwork, and doing the job properly. The machinery’s big, the work’s varied, and the investment into the site is real — not just lip service. Shifts: Option 1: 4 on 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) Option 2: Permanent Nights – Monday to Thursday, 10.5 hr shifts What you’ll be doing: Keeping plant and equipment running smoothly through PPM and reactive maintenance Fault finding on hydraulics, pneumatics, drive chains, and motors Welding, fabrication, fitting, and general mechanical work — no day (or night) the same Contributing to improvements and getting stuck into proper engineering, not just firefighting What you’ll need: A mechanical bias, ideally with experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or similar environments A Level 3 qualification in Engineering (minimum) Some experience with diagnostics and mechanical fault finding Bonus points for fabrication, welding, or exposure to control systems What you’ll get: A choice of shifts that work for your home life A close-knit, supportive team where you won’t get lost in the crowd ...
