Following the successful establishment of AKI in Valletta, Malta, and with our exciting upcoming launch in London, we are now looking for a talented and innovative Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Job Role Provide attentive and professional service to guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner Ensure excellent presentation of dishes and drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting and clearing tables Support with setup and breakdown of the restaurant before and after service Polish plates, glasses, and cutlery to maintain high standards Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and management teams Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols Assist in training new team members to uphold service standards Job Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality/customer service role Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
