We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,500 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Plan and conduct internal audits across multiple departments, ensuring adherence to processes and SSOWs
* Liaise with the Compliance Manager to track audit progress and report findings
* Identify high-risk areas and recommend practical solutions to mitigate compliance risks
* Support internal and external audits, including ONR requirements, ensuring “right first time” delivery.
* Work with management teams to adapt and improve processes in line with evolving contract needs
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience in internal auditing, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Meticulous attention to detail and the confidence to work independently
* Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks and apply them to operational processes
Qualified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification, ISO 9001 desirable
