About the Role
As a Pastoral Officer, you'll be at the heart of student life – offering the kind of consistent, trusted support that helps young people thrive academically and personally. From developing targeted action plans and monitoring attendance, to liaising with families and external agencies, your work will directly shape outcomes for students who need it most.
This is a dynamic, varied role that may require you to work flexibly across multiple sites, so we're looking for someone who thrives on variety and brings the same energy and commitment wherever they are. You'll be equally comfortable offering a listening ear to a student navigating a tough time as you are coordinating with teaching staff and senior leaders to put the right support in place.
