JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected horticultural business that has been a leader in the UK plant retail industry for over two decades.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees, and pruning existing plants to promote healthy growth.
2. Unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments of products, verifying quantities and quality.
3. Maintain garden pathways, clear debris, and ensure overall tidiness of garden areas.
4. Properly use and maintain gardening tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
5. Own transport due to location
6. Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not essential.
7. Good organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
