Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Cellular NetworkField Engineer to join their team in Ludlow.

Ludlow– national travel may be required.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: Weekend and out-of-hourswork may be required depending on project needs
£10.50 per hour

Asan Apprentice Cellular Network Field Engineers/Rigger, you’ll work as part ofan experienced field team delivering projects across the UK. The role ishands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work andproblem-solving.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Working as part of a team on nationwidetelecoms projects
* Assisting with installation and riggingworks on telecoms sites
* Adapting to changing site conditions andlast-minute changes
* Identifying and helping solve on-sitechallenges
* Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy,and workmanship
What You’ll Learn
* Working safely at height and usingfall-arrest equipment.
* Understanding of telecoms rigging andantenna systems.
* Basic electrical principles, testing, andcertification.
* Health & Safety, RF awareness, andfirst aid at height.
* Reading and following technical drawings.
* Quality assurance and environmentalawareness.
* Teamwork, communication, and leadershipskills

Requirements
* Hardworking, reliable, and conscientiousattitude
* Ability to think on your feet and adaptquickly
* Comfortable working at height
* Willingness to work away from home whenrequired
* Previous hands-on or site-based experienceis an advantage, but not essential
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Grade A*-C/ 4 or higher in GCSE Maths& English (or equivalent)
