Job Overview
Embarque is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our content operations and publishing workflow. The successful candidate will manage multiple content-related tasks simultaneously, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain clear communication between internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can take initiative without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate the end-to-end publishing workflow across various CMS platforms, including Webflow, EmbedSocial, and WordPress
*Ensure content is properly formatted and optimized, including metadata, slugs, alt texts, internal linking, and layout checks
*Track content progress from writing and editing to client approvals and final publishing
*Communicate consistently with writers, editors, and client-facing teams to gather missing inputs and resolve blockers
*Maintain quality assurance by performing thorough checks before content goes live
*Update documentation and internal trackers as needed to reflect current workflows and process changes
*Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
*Escalate issues or bottlenecks early to the operations or account teams
*Suggest process improvements that enhance publishing speed and content consistency
Required Qualifications
*At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, content operations, or CMS-based publishing
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
*Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
*Ability to follow structured workflows while remaining flexible to shifting priorities
*Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality control
*Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in content, editorial, or SEO-focused environments
Basic understanding of SEO principles (e.g., meta descriptions, keyword usage, on-page structure)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello)
Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
