*Ensure content is properly formatted and optimized, including metadata, slugs, alt texts, internal linking, and layout checks

*Track content progress from writing and editing to client approvals and final publishing

*Communicate consistently with writers, editors, and client-facing teams to gather missing inputs and resolve blockers

*Maintain quality assurance by performing thorough checks before content goes live

*Update documentation and internal trackers as needed to reflect current workflows and process changes

*Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure projects are completed on time

*Escalate issues or bottlenecks early to the operations or account teams

*Suggest process improvements that enhance publishing speed and content consistency

Required Qualifications

*Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

*Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

*Ability to follow structured workflows while remaining flexible to shifting priorities

*Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality control

*Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in content, editorial, or SEO-focused environments

Basic understanding of SEO principles (e.g., meta descriptions, keyword usage, on-page structure)

Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello)

Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams

What We Offer

A remote-first, collaborative work environment

Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a growing content marketing agency

Room for growth into content operations, QA, or editorial support roles

Transparent systems and structured processes that support autonomy and accountability
