Job Opportunity Derry/Londonderry Quality Assurance Officer (Ref: W/QAO/LS/01) Full Time, Permanent (35 hours) Monday to Friday £26,000 per annum plus mileage and benefits Job Purpose: To support the delivery of safe, high-quality domiciliary care services by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on service performance. The postholder will report to the Quality & Compliance Lead and work closely with service users, carers, staff, and commissioners to ensure services meet regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and best practice, while driving continuous improvement.
