Senior Application Support Consultant - Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and customer-focused Senior Application Support Consultant to join a growing team supporting a powerful ERP software platform. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and a desire to help customers get the most from their business software.
You'll play a key role in supporting a broad range of modules including Accounting, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and Supply Chain Management. This is a varied and rewarding position offering plenty of scope for development and learning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to technical and operational queries from customers across a wide range of business functions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ERP platform, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Document issues and resolutions clearly, contributing to the knowledge base.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and empathy.
Skills and Experience

* Experience working with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software systemsORA degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or BusinessORStrong financial knowledge and experience with management reporting.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience working with SQL Server, MySQL, and scripting.
* Familiarity with tools such as FTP/SFTP, SSL Certs, REST APIs, SOAP, Postman, Excel, and CSV files.
* Experience in 3rd party integrations, EDI, CRM, Logistics, E-Commerce, or Business Intelligence platforms.
