We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations of a growing business. Joining a small and friendly team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s bookkeeping and transactional finance. Salary is negotiable for the right experience. You will have a great deal of autonomy and responsibility for the oversight of the finance function and truly make this role your own. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, activities and compliance.
* Act as the in-house expert for all bookkeeping and transactional finance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust controls.
* Provide regular financial reports and updates.
* Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of financial data.
* Drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
* Manage and develop a small finance team.
Experience
* Qualified Accountant
* Minimum 5 years’ experience
* Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or similar role
* Strong transactional finance and bookkeeping knowledge
* Experience managing a team
* Detail-focused and process-driven
* Confident working with external advisors
* Takes ownership and responsibility
* Excellent work ethic
