Role
Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Sale. If you’ve got the ability to build strong client relationships, have an in depth awareness of property transactions, and an eye for innovative marketing strategies, then we want to hear from you! The role offers an attractive uncapped OTE of £50,000 that reflects your true potential.
Responsibilities
* Oversee their market leading Marple sales operation.
* To lead, encourage and motivate a high performing team.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Sales/Branch Manager in Estate Agency.
* Deep rooted knowledge of property sales.
* Professional approach with excellent sales and marketing strategy implementation.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple KPI’s.
* Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Full Driving License required.
