Role Overview
Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? Looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Blackpool.
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales because relationship‑building with our clients will be the key to your success.
Please note this role will require you to work 1 in every 4 Saturdays.
Key Requirements
* Insurance Industry experience is essential.
* You bring your best self to work every day to give clients the best possible experience.
* You are proactive, use your initiative, and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
* You have confidence working with clients both on the phone and by email, with solid customer service experience.
* You work well with the team, maintain a positive outlook, are engaging and collaborative, and possess resilience to adapt to change.
* You demonstrate honesty and integrity, essential in a financially regulated organisation.
