Who are we? The New York Laser Clinic Medispa are a leading independent non-invasive cosmetic clinic. Established in 2004 we provide a range of procedures including Laser Hair Removal Fat Freezing/ Cryolipolysis No Knife Facelift - Ultraformer III HIFU Face Body Treatments Microdermabrasion Microneedling Radiofrequency Skin Analysis Skin Peels Dermaplaning PRP (Plasma rich platelet) Vampire Facial Please see our website for the full range of treatments that we offer: www.thenewyorklaserclinic.co.uk We currently have 3 clinics in London – W1 (Baker Street), The City (Bishopsgate) and SW6 (Fulham) and you will be based to work in all 3 locations We have various employment opportunities (full and part time) for Receptionists. Often being the first and last point of contact to our clients, this is a hugely important role. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, taking phone calls, selling products and treatments, booking appointments and ensuring the general smooth running of the Clinic. The applicant must have good/advanced computer skills and have excellent organisational skills. You will be expected to learn about the treatments that we offer so you can provide basic information to client enquiries. Excellent customer service is key to a successful business, the ideal candidate will need to be customer focused, and have a bubbly, outgoing personality, with the skills to be able to make each and every customer feel valued. What we expect from you: You must be confident, personable, professional, punctual, courteous, flexible, be a team player, good communications skills and be fluent in English. We expect the highest standards in customer service. You must be passionate about delivering excellent results for our clients. Due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening working is required. You must be willing to remain flexible in order to cover other clinic shifts where needed.
