People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager on behalf of our well-established client based in WA3. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract, overseeing warehouse performance, compliance, and team development. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility required to support shift cover as needed) Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (DOE, pro rata) Why Work With This Client? Join a well-established business experiencing sustained growth Excellent salary package (pro rata) Free on-site parking On-site canteen Supportive, professional working environment Day-to-Day Duties As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are achieved Conducting regular stock checks to ensure system accuracy and investigating any discrepancies Overseeing picking and packing operations to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery Auditing processes and maintaining high operational standards Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements Coordinating internal and external audits, maintaining ISO9001 documentation and compliance Implementing and promoting Continuous Improvement, Quality, and 5S principles across the site Leading, motivating, and developing warehouse staff to promote accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence Maintaining strong relationships across departments including Sales, Accounts, and Operations Producing reports and providing updates to senior management on performance and improvement initiatives Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a Warehouse Management role within a large-scale distribution environment Strong understanding of operational excellence, stock control, and quality management Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar quality management systems Demonstrable experience implementing Continuous Improvement and 5S methodologies Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels Desirable Skills Immediate availability preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Training and Support Industry-related training and ongoing support provided throughout the contract Apply Now If you're an experienced Warehouse Manager ready to lead a dynamic team and make a measurable impact during a key period of growth, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
