As a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
*
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
*
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
*
Help implement EHCP targets and individual support plans
*
Encourage independence and confidence in pupils
*
Assist with personal care where required
*
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Have at least 6 months’ experience working in UK schools
*
Have experience supporting children with SEN (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or similar)
*
Be available full-time (Monday to Friday, term time)
*
Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
*
Be adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure
*
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
