Our client designs, licenses, and distributes some of the biggest names in Streetwear, Sportswear, and Lifestyle fashion — with products stocked by leading online platforms and high-street retailers across the globe.
💼 The Role
We’re looking for a proactive E-Commerce Customer Service Executive to be the voice of these iconic brands.
You’ll deliver exceptional support to customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and energy of the brand.
If you’re confident using Zendesk and passionate about fashion and online retail, this is the perfect next step for you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely, professional responses.
Use Zendesk to handle tickets, track communications, and maintain accurate records.
Support customers with orders, returns, tracking, and product information.
Work collaboratively across departments to resolve complex issues.
Spot trends and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
Stay up to date with brand collections, policies, and eCommerce processes.
👤 What We’re Looking For
Previous eCommerce or email-based customer service experience.
Confident using Zendesk or similar CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and a genuine customer-first mindset.
Thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.
⏰ Hours
Monday – Friday
🕗 8:00–4:30 or 9:00–5:30 (42.5 hours per week)
