Responsibilities
* Provide expert hair styling, cutting, and colouring services to clients.
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
* Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon targets.
* Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
* Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
Skills
* NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing
* Proven experience in hair styling within a salon environment.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Experience in salon management is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
