Job Title: Receptionist Employment Type: Temporary (6 months) Reporting to: Principal HR Officer Location: Global Point Job Purpose To be the first point of contact for all RLC visitors, including contractors. The receptionist will manage all aspects of the reception area in an efficient and professional manner. Main Duties Meet and greet visitors. Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate, logging information on calls received. Screening calls on behalf of staff. Facilitate Contractors arrival on site and induction process in adherence with Company policy. Booking all Company travel in adherence with Company policy Managing the administration of pool cars and driving licenses Dealing with all Company post Administrative support to the Leadership Team Operating a variety of standard office machines, including a computer, a variety of computer software, phone, fax etc. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Conduct weekly fire alarm test and maintain records. Maintain record of cleaning hours Maintain Waste records. Carry our card programming for door access. Conduct ITAR briefing, HSE Induction and monitor contractors. Diary Management Arrange and book internal and external meetings. Support in organising company events. Produce documents, papers, reports, and presentations as required. File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned by other departments as and when needed. Opening and locking the front doors and security management of site Maintain the reception area. Assist with the onboarding of new starts. Assist with batch card printing and scanning. Any other reasonable request Experience Experience in busy reception environment. Experience in general administrative duties Knowledge & Skills Good written and verbal communication Good interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite Personal Qualities Professional, trustworthy, and discreet handling of confidential material Friendly and approachable A team player with a proactive hands-on approach to work Ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
