Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the property portfolio.
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Prepare financial reports to support decision-making processes.
* Assist with budget preparation and monitoring for property-related projects.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.
Profile / Qualifications
* Proven experience in bookkeeping.
* Experience using Sage 200 is an advantage.
* A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools, with excellent IT skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
