The Role We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Administrator to join our vibrant team on a maternity cover contract. You’ll be a key player in supporting our Sales and Buying teams, ensuring smooth order processing, top-notch customer service, and efficient purchasing operations. What You’ll Be Doing Sales Support * Process sales orders with precision and speed * Ensure data accuracy on orders and invoices * Monitor profitability and maintain sales trackers * Liaise with operations and communicate customer feedback * Open new client accounts and send invoices * Perform basic sales analysis using Excel/Sage * Prepare tender documents and handle correspondence Purchasing Support * Assist the Buying team with PO management and supplier communication * Maintain live purchase order breakdowns * Run purchasing analysis reports * Monitor shipments and deliveries * Build strong relationships across departments and with suppliers * Understand the fragrance supply chain and contribute to offer analysis What We’re Looking For ✅ Degree in Business Administration or similar ✅ Previous experience in an administrative role ✅ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills ✅ Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail ✅ Excellent communication skills—written and verbal ✅ Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines ✅ A proactive, flexible, and collaborative team player Your Success Will Be Measured By Accuracy and timeliness of order processing Number of customer enquiries handled Contribution to process improvements Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders Ready to Make Your Mark?
