As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key part in help design and engineer hardware solutions for all types of automation projects. You'll also be responsible for schematics, engineering calculations, BOM’s and design documentation.
Prepare functional design specifications and user manuals.
Design electrical systems using EPLAN 22-24, including 3D layout drawings.
Collaborate with design and controls engineers to meet overall system needs.
Support commissioning processes (FAT & SAT).
Occasionally travel for customer meetings and site support.
Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficient in EPLAN electrical design software.
Engineering documentation.
Engineering calculations.
Degree or HNC/HND/BTEC in Electrical Engineering.
Experienced in electrical design within automation
