Job Description Investment Real Estate Acquisitions Surveyor Your new company Hays are currently partnered with a Property Investment company who are seeking an Acquisitions Surveyor to join the team based in the Battersea area. The company works investing in Commercial and Residential real estate by way of company acquisitions. This role is looking for someone with 2 years PQE experience as a Chartered Surveyor with previous experience in Residential and/ or Commercial investment/ Acquisitions. Your new role Identifying acquisitions of off and on-market opportunities Good knowledge and understanding to instantly build rapport quickly and effectively and thrive on successfully closing deals Undertaking research, analysis in order to prepare market reports for the principal – not for any third party or lender Due diligence to secure acquisitions through to legal completion Setting up acquisitions for onward progression to project delivery and operations Assist in the overall acquisition process through to completion such as Meeting with vendors, review tenancy schedules and leases Assessing value of property assets and where to create additional value Working closely with and regular reporting to the director on the status of acquisitions in the region What you'll need to succeed Good knowledge and understanding of residential and/ or commercial investment & acquisitions Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with 2 years PQE experience Strong knowledge and understanding of the acquisitions process from identifying opportunities to deal completions Ability to be able to commute to Battersea What you'll get in return Salary ranging from £55,000 - £65,000 Package, benefits and bonus A role with a high level of autonomy gaining great experience and exposure What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
