As an Audit Assistant Manager in Poole, you will take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, supporting and mentoring junior staff while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
* Managing audit assignments from planning to completion
* Leading and mentoring junior members of the audit team
* Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing constructive feedback
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification
* Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
