SUPPORT WORKERS (FULL TIME 37.5 Hours & PART TIME 20/25 Hours)

We are seeking full-time Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project in central Bognor Regis, close to the busy town centre, with excellent transport links.
Responsibilities
* Support 23 independently living adults with autism and/or learning disabilities in their flats and homes with day-to-day activities.
* Work as part of a team to recognise, assess and meet the emotional, social, medical and material needs of the people we support.
* Ensure your work meets the standards set out by the Care Standards Act and Regulations, Care Quality Commission, and other legal requirements including West Sussex Safeguarding and Medication policies.
* Work includes weekends, bank holidays, and evenings subject to rotas; sleep-in duties are essential (additional payment).
Qualifications and Requirements
* Over the age of 18
* Flexible to work on a rota to fit the needs of the project and the people we support (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)
* A caring, fun nature with an interest in people
* Experience of care, nursing, childcare, education desirable but not essential
* You are expected to meet the requirements of the Care Standards Act and Regulations and follow the West Sussex Safeguarding and Medication policies

* Salary: Starting FULL TIME salary 24,570 for 37.5 hours per week; part-time equivalent £12.60 per hour; includes weekends, bank holidays, evenings (subject to rotas).
