Job Description Role: Programme Lead Uniformed Public Services - Further Education Hourly Rate: £32 – £42 per hour Location: Scarborough We are working with a well-regarded and inclusive education provider in the Scarborough area that is committed to helping every learner thrive. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead in Uniformed Public Services to join the team on a part-time basis (18.5 hours per week) starting in September. This temporary role offers the chance to lead a specialist vocational programme and support learners aiming to progress into roles within the police, fire service, armed forces, or other uniformed services. The successful candidate will bring subject expertise and experience within public services or education, combined with a motivational and structured approach to teaching. A passion for helping students develop physical, academic, and interpersonal skills will be essential.
