⭐ The Role

As a key member of the Crypto desk, you will:

* Build and enhance the quant technology stack that powers systematic crypto trading.
* Develop front-office systems across the entire pipeline: data ingestion, risk, live trading, post-trade, and core infrastructure.
* Work hand-in-hand with traders and quants to deploy, support, and automate 24/7 crypto strategies.
* Contribute to both greenfield development and the evolution of an already sophisticated, high-throughput tech stack.

🎯 What They’re Looking For

* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
* Expert-level C++ skills; strong Python a plus.
* Experience in systematic trading or quantitative environments is advantageous.
* Genuine passion for crypto, DeFi, and cutting-edge trading innovation.
* Strong understanding of real-time, scalable, robust systems.
* Proven ability to architect high-performance, end-to-end systems.
* Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, AWS is beneficial.
