The Opportunity
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to lead the functional Retention Marketing Managers within QVC International markets. Reporting to the VP of QVC International Platforms, you will ensure the application of Best Practices to grow our customer base and ensure its health. Also you will oversee the retention marketing system landscape and making sure state-of-the-art tools are applied in the most efficient way.
This role can be located in any of our international markets; London, Dusseldorf, Milan or Tokyo.

Your Impact
1. You will be the primary business contact for the Selligent CRM system working on the opportunities and capabilities for the QI business.
2. You will support the retention marketing across all the international markets ensuring customer growth.
3. You will take ownership of our "Mention Me" loyalty program across all international markets
4. You will lead optimisation of in market retention marketing workstream.
5. You will work closely with finance and analytics teams and be able to give actionable insights.
What You Bring
6. Experience leading a global Retention Marketing team in multiple markets
7. Analytical mindset
8. Very good technical knowledge Retention Marketing Tools (. Campaign Management Tools, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning) experience of using Selligent would be advantageous.
9. The ability to influence at all levels
10. Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders
11. Business fluent English spoken and written
