Training Program:
* One-week training at the Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Industry-leading training delivered through various formats
* Accommodation provided during training, depending on travel distance
* Follow-up training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed business targets
* Manage valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
* Proactively contact potential clients via outbound calls
* Fulfill property call-out campaigns and maintain standards
* Prepare updates for morning meetings
* Lead canvassing activities and track leads
* Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions
* Manage online portal opportunities and respond to leads
* Engage with local prospecting activities including social media and door knocking
* Handle inbound calls and identify sales opportunities
* Encourage and collect positive customer reviews

Minimum Requirements:
* Full, clean UK driving license
* Own vehicle in good condition
