We are working with a Local Authority who are recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer to join their team.
Location:Southwest based Council
Set-up:Hybrid – 1 days per week required on-site
Duration:6 months
Hours:Part-time 22 hours
Rate:£44.29 per hour via Umbrella (inside IR35)
Senior Planning Officer
* The officer would be expected to deal with a caseload of applications, being a mix of minors, householders and some small majors if required
* Assess planning applications
* Report Writing and Recommendations
Experience
* MUST be very experienced at using UNIFORM
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with a wide range of planning applications
* Experience working within a Local Authority
