What You'll Bring Doing
* Supervise service across both restaurant and bar, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork
* Delivering top-tier guest experiences - from warm welcomes to expertly crafted cocktails
* Supporting the management team with training, rotas, and day-to-day operations
* Managing stock, handling feedback, and keeping standards sky-high
* Being the go-to person for guests and team alike - part leader, part legend
