We’re looking for a confident and proactive Project or Senior Architect to join a growing, design-led studio that’s shaping the future of housing. The practice works across large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on concept design, feasibility, and early-stage project strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the front end of design - developing intelligent proposals that respond to place, policy, and community needs—while also collaborating closely with directors and clients to shape the project vision. What You’ll Be Doing Lead projects through RIBA Stages 0–3, from feasibility to concept and planning submission Develop strategic, site-responsive residential masterplans and typologies Prepare compelling design narratives, visuals, and early-stage presentations for clients and stakeholders Coordinate with consultants, planners, and internal teams to shape robust planning strategies Contribute to competitions, bids, and client pitches alongside studio leadership Help establish design standards and support junior team members through mentoring What We’re Looking For 3–5 years post-Part 3 experience (or equivalent) with a strong early-stage project portfolio Proven experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use housing schemes Confident in concept design, feasibility studies, and early planning packages Strong communicator, comfortable leading client meetings and presenting design intent Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or Rhino a plus A portfolio that demonstrates rigour, clarity, and contextual design thinking UK-based, with full right to work Why This Role?
