We’re hiring a People Director for a remote-first, European-centric SaaS business that’s scaling fast - think double-digit millions in revenue today, with a clear path to triple-digits in the coming years 🚀
This is a strategic, sleeves-rolled-up position at the heart of a founder-led, product-driven company that’s building for global scale. The company already has strong traction, profitability, and a presence across multiple countries, and now needs a People leader to build the infrastructure to match that ambition.
🔍 The Opportunity:
You’ll join the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and take full ownership of the People function - defining strategy, embedding culture, and building systems that can scale. You’ll be the architect of a high-performing, values-led team, while also being hands-on where needed across hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance, and leadership development.

💼 What We’re Looking For:
* Experience leading a high performing People function in a B2B SaaS scaleup (from ~50 to 500+ people)
* Deep understanding of international HR - across compliance, talent acquisition, payroll and employment frameworks (bonus if you’ve worked with EORs like Oyster)
* Proven ability to design and implement scalable HR systems, OKRs, and performance processes
* You balance strategic thinking with operational execution - and enjoy both
* Comfortable in ambiguity and excited to shape what “great” looks like as the business scales
