Role Overview
The Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of DO & CO. You will collaborate closely with managers to complete daily tasks and uphold the high standards of our company. Engaging with the DO & CO Family, you will ensure effective communication across departments and timely reporting. This role requires a passion for numbers, a drive to improve processes through technology, and a commitment to professional growth within the Finance department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process invoices, resolve missed payments, update financial records, and supervise staff involved in these activities.
2. Collaborate with account managers to set up new customer accounts and customize invoicing.
3. Maintain the billing system and generate invoices and account statements.
4. Perform account reconciliations and manage accounts receivable files and records.
5. Produce monthly financial and management reports.
6. Investigate and resolve irregularities or inquiries.
7. Assist with financial management and analysis, working with Financial Accounting and Controlling teams.
8. Validate information provided by the operations team before invoicing.
9. Ensure accurate data entry in client billing systems.
10. Address queries from internal and external customers promptly and professionally.
11. Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including the DO & CO Family and partners.
12. Take responsibility for your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes together.

Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable.
* Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
* Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
* Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and bookkeeping tools.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and financial skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Passion for high-end cuisine and delivering exceptional service.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, with the ability to handle complex data sources.
