We are continuously growing with a loyal client base built over 23 years. We have an opportunity for a Beauty Therapist who has passion for skin and hair removal treatments and wants to upgrade her skills to become a specialist. You will work as part of a motivated and dedicated team. This role is suitable for a therapist who has worked in a busy salon environment and wishes to further her career to advance skin and hair removal treatments.
We are looking for an individual who is:
* Highly motivated and aspiring to further their knowledge and career to treat problem skins and unwanted hair growth for male, female, transgender and menopausal clients
* Can display exemplary 5-star customer care skills whilst delivering high-quality treatments
* Must have excellent organisational skills and time management.
* Show continuous improvement by taking responsibility for treatment & product sales with the rest of the team
* Build the clinic's brand awareness, client base and services using interpersonal skills.
* Can demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* You must be confident and hard-working and display the ability to work on your own and within a small team.
* Work experience minimum of 2-4 years to high standards within a busy salon environment
* Qualified in Beauty Therapy NVQ 2 and 3, including electrolysis hair removal
* Part-time position available. Hourly rate depending on experience plus commission and year-end bonus
