RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be in charge of entire IT infrastructure for our client companies.
* Manage helpdesk operations by handling incoming and outgoing support calls to resolve customer incidents promptly and ensure closure.
* Installation, configuration, operation and troubleshooting of customer IT equipments and/or software
* Provide on-site technical support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
* Design IT Infrastructure projects for implementation and support
* Support and implement IT projects by coordinating resources and applying advanced networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
* Enforce corporate IT standards, policies, and procedures to maintain governance over infrastructure architecture, security, and system administration.
* Perform periodic server health checks and security reviews to identify and mitigate risks proactively
* Execute network, server, and firmware upgrades and patching following technical whitepapers or implementation guides to enhance system reliability
* Monitor network and system health, conduct security reviews, and manage system backup and restore processes to ensure data integrity and availability
* Liaise with third-party software and hardware vendors for technical support and escalation to resolve complex issues efficiently
* Design, install, manage, monitor, and maintain corporate LAN, WAN, WiFi, and related equipment to support business connectivity needs
* Apply subject matter expertise to resolve operational issues within established guidelines and recommend effective alternatives
* Conduct IT training sessions for users to enhance their technical proficiency and promote best practices
* Recommend and implement improvements to IT services and support processes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
* Manage Service Desk System by handling incidents, requests, and providing end-user support to maintain service quality
* Perform installation, configuration, upgrading, and removal of office automation software, PC and laptop setup, and asset disposal to maintain IT asset lifecycle
* Oversee IT procurement, vendor relationships, and asset management to optimize resource utilization
* Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support organizational IT objectives
TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering with at least 3 years experience in IT infrastructure and Cyber Security
* Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certified
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
* Enterprise Networking knowledge and experience in Firewall setup and maintenance.
* Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace implementation and maintenance
* Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in installation, administration, troubleshoot and configuration of various Windows workstation OS (such as Windows 11 and Windows Server OS)
* Hands on experience in printer, scanner, firewalls, routers, L2/L3 switches, enterprise wireless, NAS etc troubleshooting and setup.
* Hands on experience with remote access tools Anydesk, Teamviewer etc.
* Perform on site service if issues can’t be resolved remotely
* Able to work independently with professionalism
