We’re working with a complex AI b2b SaaS client who are looking
to hire a Product Marketing Manager. This role bridges Product and Marketing, ensuring effective go-to-market (GTM) execution.
The role:
* Lead GTM Strategy:Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products and features, aligned with business goals.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product Managers to integrate customer insights and product strategy into GTM plans.
* Market Positioning:Conduct research to shape product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for target segments.
* Product Launches:Coordinate and oversee product launches, ensuring smooth cross-team execution.
* Sales Enablement:Produce sales materials (pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, competitive analysis) to support the sales team.
* Performance Analysis:Track and analyse campaign and launch results to optimise future strategies.
* Technical Storytelling:Translate complex features into clear, compelling messages for commercial and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Build deep customer, market, and competitor understanding to inform strategy.
* Manage the product marketing calendar in line with overall marketing plans.
* Create and deliver client communications and campaigns across platforms (in-app, email, social).
* Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to generate insights that drive adoption.
* Stay updated on AI and tech trends to keep messaging relevant.
Your Experience & Skills
* 3–5 years in product marketing, preferably SaaS; experience with political monitoring, intelligence, or AI-first products is a plus.
* Strong grasp of GTM, customer acquisition, and growth marketing.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Proven project management across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
* Cross-functional experience with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
* Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
* Proficient in CRM and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at crafting persuasive narratives.
