Nursery – Chiswick Park Day nursery and Preschool
Salary – £14.98 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location – Chiswick, London – W4 5BW
We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Chiswick Park nursery. The nursery has three separate rooms for specific age groups, a large garden area with free‑flow play, and an art studio. It is also linked with our local community.

The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you will blend the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee, giving you the best of both worlds. You will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
What We’re Looking For
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
* Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable
