We are seeking someone who can work effectively across both service desk and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities: We provide first-point-of-contact IT support to all staff for questions and incidents. We support the day-to-day delivery of IT end-user services across the business. We work closely with our internal IT team and third-party suppliers. We assist the IT Infrastructure and Change teams with projects and portfolios of change. We provide insight into business requirements and application and service usage. We carry out testing to support systems and application changes. We contribute to projects and ongoing activities as part of our IT Infrastructure team. We help ensure high customer satisfaction and achievement of service levels. We support the smooth introduction of new systems and application changes.
