About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client with administrative and operational tasks, primarily focused on verifying books of purchases, tracking expenses, and assisting with inventory management.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable handling financial records in a remote environment.
Experience working in a U.S. law firm is required.
Personal injury experience is a strong plus.
What you'll be doing:
* Verifying and reconciling books of purchases and expense records.
* Reviewing invoices and receipts for accuracy and completeness.
* Assisting with inventory tracking and coordinating reorders.
* Maintaining and updating financial and inventory spreadsheets.
* Organizing digital records and supporting internal processes.
* Communicating with vendors and internal team members as needed.
* Preparing basic expense and inventory reports.
* Ensuring confidentiality of financial and legal information.
Who are we looking for?
* 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
* Proven experience working in a U.S.-based law firm (required).
* Experience with expense verification, bookkeeping support, or inventory management.
* Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Personal injury law firm experience is a plus.
