This includes supervising staff, preparing authentic and modern dishes, ensuring quality, and maintaining high kitchen hygiene and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of all cuisine, and the ability to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Prepare a variety of dishes including grills (kebabs, koftas), hot/cold mezze, pide, lahmacun, dolmas, pilav, and desserts (e.g., baklava, sutlac).
Ensure consistency in portioning, taste, and presentation.
Operate and maintain traditional cooking equipment such as charcoal grills, stone ovens, and saj.Core skills required
