The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Client Services Administrator to support our Account Management team. This is a fast‑paced role ideal for someone confident, personable, and highly organised. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from handling electoral projects to supporting customer communications and data management.
Key Responsibilities
* First line support for Account Managers
* Basic administration duties and call handling
* Handling incoming/outgoing mail
* Managing stock and office supplies
* Updating databases and systems
* Log, acknowledge, issue, process and chase information packs
* Opening and capturing data from returned packs
* Proof reading and data amendments
* Monitor, maintain and update the Client Services MIS system
* Supporting account managers with weekly and ad hoc print & mailing account management requirements
* Handling enquiries from the public
What We’re Looking For
* Previous office experience (desirable)
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* High standard of English and Maths
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
