In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service.
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Managing guest relations, addressing any issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
* Assisting with staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr. brand standards.
* Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
* Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
* A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
* Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
