Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated administrative support to senior executives, managing and prioritising tasks effectively. Complete a range of general administration duties including document preparation, data entry, filing, photocopying, report collation, minute taking, and diary management. Manage and respond to emails efficiently, maintaining accurate electronic filing systems. Provide holiday cover for Executive Assistants when required. Coordinate and organise meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments, lunches, and IT setups are prepared as needed. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide reception cover when necessary, managing incoming visitors and queries. Manage office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and essential consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
