Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5 years’ experience in a similar role with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer. Proven track record in mentoring and managing Junior Engineers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering team on site, providing guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers. Oversee and manage setting out, groundworks and all aspects of construction. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to drive project progress. Monitor project milestones, ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality standards. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but a strong Senior Engineer can expect a salary between €70,000 - €80,000 as well as an excellent package including a 10% Bonus, Healthcare, 5% pension and income protection.
